An exact match
The item must match in every detail, including brand, style, colour and size. Items with any variation are not eligible.

Price matching applies only to full-price items. Discounted, promotional, outlet, second-hand and sale items are excluded.

The competitor must be an officially registered retail store that sells authentic products. The identical item must be in stock on its website when you submit your claim.

Prices must be compared in the same currency: AED, SAR, OMR, KWD, BHD or QAR. For items priced in other currencies, price matching will be based on USD, GBP, EUR or their equivalent at the market exchange rate.

Free worldwide shipping applies to eligible items in orders with a total cart value of US$499 or more, regardless of the brands in the cart. Joséphine, Lara Handbags and Tops/Bottoms are excluded from free shipping and retain their applicable shipping fees at checkout, even when the total cart value is US$499 or more.
Chic & Holland: Free DHL Express worldwide, including when the total cart value is below US$499, with delivery in 5 business days after dispatch.
Joséphine orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express at a flat shipping rate of US$60 worldwide.
For carts with a total value below US$499, items from other brands have a US$85 shipping fee, excluding Joséphine, Lara Handbags and Tops/Bottoms, which retain their applicable shipping fees at checkout.
- Other brands: ready-to-ship delivery to GCC countries, Jordan and all European countries: DHL Express: 5 business days after dispatch; UPS/ARAMEX: 9–12 business days after dispatch.

- Items shipped from within the United States: UPS only, 2–5 business days after dispatch. DHL is not available for this route.

Returns and exchanges
Return requests may be submitted within 5 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
- All return requests are subject to designer approval.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit after the item has been received and inspected.
- Customers must arrange and ship the return themselves, at their own responsibility, using DHL or Aramex only.
- For returns originating from the USA, customers may also use UPS Ground® when the return address is within the United States, or UPS Worldwide Saver® when the return address is international.
- Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other charges related to the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
- The shipment tracking number must be provided within 48 hours of return approval.
Pre-orders, custom-made or altered items, sale items, and selected brands are not eligible for return or exchange.
