Approved returns are issued as store credit after the item has been received and inspected.
Customers must arrange and ship the return themselves, at their own responsibility, using DHL or Aramex only.
For returns originating from the USA, customers may also use UPS Ground® when the return address is within the United States, or UPS Worldwide Saver® when the return address is international.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other charges related to the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
The shipment tracking number must be provided within 48 hours of return approval.

called for the return label two weeks ago .....was told a larger size would be sent when the original dress was returned ...I followed directions and am still waiting fir the bigger size
