Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with original tags.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with original tags, shipped via DHL only.
All approved returns are issued as store credit after inspection.
Custom, altered, sale items, or returns shipped outside our guidelines are not eligible for return or exchange.
How can I request a return?
A. Submit a return request using the link
B. You will be redirected to the orders list that you have created on our website
C. Click "Request Return" under the order you want to return.
D. Submit your return request after choosing the reason for the return.
If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you an approval email within 48 hours.
We offer two easy return options, both using DHL only to ensure fast and secure delivery:
Option 1: Ship It Yourself
• Send your return using DHL
• We’ll provide the correct return address (USA or Vietnam)
• Share your DHL tracking number with us within 48 hours of approval
• Return shipping and any customs fees are covered by the customer
Option 2: Let Us Handle It
• Request a prepaid DHL return label through our return portal
• The return cost will be shown clearly and deducted from your store credit
💳 Refunds
All approved returns are refunded as store credit, so you can easily pick another piece you love.
Store credit is issued within 9 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Want a different size or color?
Simply return the item and use your store credit to place a new order (subject to availability).

Important Notes:
1-Orders cannot be canceled once they are received by our team, as we immediately begin preparing the order and coordinating with the brand.
However, in certain exceptional cases — depending on the type of dress and the brand — a return may be accepted. In such cases, 28% of the item’s value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 business days.
2-Color shades may appear slightly different between the images shown on our website and the actual item received. This can be due to lighting during photography or variations in screen display settings (such as phones, laptops, etc.). For some photographs, filters are used by the brands in the photos, different types of lighting could be applied. In such cases, slight color differences are not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
3- Please note that the light shedding of sequins is considered normal for evening gowns embellished with sequins and is not regarded as a manufacturing defect. This is due to the delicate nature of such designs and the movement they are intended to allow. Therefore, limited sequin shedding is not eligible for exchange or return.
4- If store credit issued from a previous return is used to place a new order, the new order paid with this credit is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
5- AMARRA dresses are not subjected to return or exchange.
