• Total estimated delivery time: 7-9 business days from the date of purchase. 

• Depending on the items purchased, your order may arrive in multiple packages as we ship from USA and Vietnam.

Important Notes: • During holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer due to shipping carrier delays.

 •In case the dress is a pre-order item, the brand may also require a few extra days for production before dispatching the order.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with original tags.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with original tags, shipped via DHL only.

All approved returns are issued as store credit after inspection.

Custom, altered, sale items, or returns shipped outside our guidelines are not eligible for return or exchange.

How can I request a return?

C. Click "Request Return" under the order you want to return.

D. Submit your return request after choosing the reason for the return.

 If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you an approval email within 48 hours.

• The return cost will be shown clearly and deducted from your store credit
