If the requested size is in stock, it can be shipped within 4-5 business days. However, if the requested size is not available, it may take up to 14 business days to manufacture it. All of our products are delivered in sturdy cardboard boxes and carefully wrapped to prevent any damage. For special or customized orders, the shipping time will depend on a mutually agreed upon schedule with our Personal Shopper. We use international couriers such as DHL, Aramex, and FedEx to ship all of our products on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. As a result, the client is responsible for paying all duties and taxes at the destination country. The standard shipping time is typically 5-7 business days, but express delivery options are available in certain circumstances based on the shipping address. After an order has been placed, we will provide the customer with a tracking number to monitor the shipping progress online.
