Lara Handbags and Tops/Bottoms are excluded from free shipping and retain their applicable shipping fees at checkout, even when the total cart value is US$499 or more.
Chic & Holland: Free DHL Express worldwide, including when the total cart value is below US$499, with delivery in 5 business days after dispatch.
For carts with a total value below US$499, items from other brands have a US$85 shipping fee, excluding Lara Handbags and Tops/Bottoms, which retain their applicable shipping fees at checkout.
- Other brands: ready-to-ship delivery to GCC countries, Jordan and all European countries: DHL Express: 5 business days after dispatch; UPS/ARAMEX: 9–12 business days after dispatch.

Returns and exchanges
Return requests may be submitted within 5 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
- All return requests are subject to designer approval.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit after the item has been received and inspected.
- Customers must arrange and ship the return themselves, at their own responsibility, using DHL or Aramex only.
- For returns originating from the USA, customers may also use UPS Ground® when the return address is within the United States, or UPS Worldwide Saver® when the return address is international.
- Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other charges related to the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
- The shipment tracking number must be provided within 48 hours of return approval.
Pre-orders, custom-made or altered items, sale items, and selected brands are not eligible for return or exchange.
