Price Match
Found the same item online for less? If it meets the conditions below, we’ll give you the price difference as Onlinemarkat store credit.
-
An exact match
The item must match in every detail, including brand, style, colour and size. Items with any variation are not eligible.
-
Full price only
Price matching applies only to full-price items. Discounted, promotional, outlet, second-hand and sale items are excluded.
-
In stock with a registered competitor
The competitor must be an officially registered retail store that sells authentic products. The identical item must be in stock on its website when you submit your claim.
-
Matching currency
Prices must be compared in the same currency: AED, SAR, OMR, KWD, BHD or QAR. For items priced in other currencies, price matching will be based on USD, GBP, EUR or their equivalent at the market exchange rate.
-
Purchased and delivered
Your item must first have been purchased from Onlinemarkat and delivered to you. Submit your claim within 14 days of receiving your item. We cannot process a price match request before delivery.
-
The same delivery country
On the competitor’s website, select a shipping destination that matches the delivery country of the Onlinemarkat item you want to price match.
-
Compared item by item
Price matching is based on the value of the individual item, not the total order value. We use the item price shown in the competitor’s shopping cart after the matching delivery country has been selected.
