15. Can I cancel my order?
Our order processing system is automated and cannot be cancelled upon ordering.
Acceptable reasons for returns include sending you a wrong item, a wrong size, damages, and/or fabric issues.
All returned items must have the original tags attached and must be in unworn condition with no stains, marks, or signs of wear.
You have 5 days from the date of receipt to request a return the items to us.
How can I request a return?
A. Submit a return request using the link
B. You will be redirected to the orders list that you have created on our website
C. Click "Request Return" under the order you want to return.
D. Submit your return request after choosing the reason for the return.
2- If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you an approval email within 48 hours containing the return label.
3- Print the label and send the returned order to us.
4- Upon receiving your returned order at our warehouse, we will email you a confirmation and process your preferred option—whether that’s store credit, an exchange, or a refund.
