 We provide free shipping for all orders in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Jordan

We also provide free shipping for orders over $100 to all other countries that are not listed above, and for orders less than that, the shipping value depends on the value of the order.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within about 2-3 business days. 

Shipping time: After processing and leaving the warehouse, wherever you are, items usually take between 3-5 days to arrive. Take note that during the holidays, the delivery time may be longer due to third-party circumstances.

So, all orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 7 business days after you place them.

Customized designs (Onlinemarkt designs with size 42 EU / X LARGE and above)  are only made by order. Delivery time for those will be in 15-17 business days.

Please note that you may receive your order in more than one package as we ship from multiple warehouses (China, USA, Italy, Jordan and Poland) depending on the item you purchase

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item (s) you have received from onlinemarkat.com, you can easily return them! 

14 Days Returns 

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to get your order back to us!

How do I return my order?

1- Submit a return request by clicking here 

2- If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you an approval email within 48 hours containing the return label.

3- Print the label and send the returned order to us.

4- Once your returned order is received at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a store credit coupon code that you can use anytime.

Is there anything else I need to know?

• Our order processing system is automated, so orders cannot be cancelled upon ordering. 
• The returned products should not be worn, used, washed or damaged, and the original tags/labels/original hygiene sticker(s) are attached. Otherwise, the return will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
• In line with our Terms and Conditions, you must cover all return costs (35% off the order value) and returns taxes. 

   

• In big seasonal sales announced on the website, the store credit value will be deducted from the original product price rather than the sale price.

Are there any items that I can't return?

• Customised designs (Onlinemarkat designs with size 44 EU / XX-LARGE and above), as those sizes are only made by order. Or any design that has the note (Pre-order or Customised) in the product page.
•  Orders placed using store credits are not eligible for returns.
