Please note: Due to current global circumstances, delivery times may be extended beyond our usual estimates. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with our carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Shipping & Delivery
 • We offer Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $499. Shipping costs $45 for all orders below that value.
 Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Time & Delivery
• Once shipped, delivery takes 3-5 business days, depending on the destination.
• Total estimated delivery time: 7-9 business days from the date of purchase.
 • Depending on the items purchased, your order may arrive in multiple packages as we ship from USA and Vietnam.

Important Notes:
 • During holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high demand.
 • In case the dress is a pre-order item, the brand may also require a few extra days for         production before dispatching the order. 
 • Additional delays may occur due to customs clearance or external circumstances beyond our control — these are common possibilities in international shipping.

 

While we work with trusted international carriers such as DHL Express, delivery times provided are estimated only and may vary due to customs clearance procedures, airline schedules, or other logistical factors.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched, OnlineMarkat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Such circumstances may include but are not limited to:

Responsibility After Shipment

Once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

OnlineMarkat remains available to assist customers in communication with the shipping company when necessary.

All delivery times shown on the website or provided by our customer service team are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.


Force Majeure

OnlineMarkat shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, political issues and wars, transportation disruptions, or global emergencies.
