- Approved returns are issued as store credit after the item has been received and inspected.
- Customers must arrange and ship the return themselves, at their own responsibility, using DHL or Aramex only.
- For returns originating from the USA, customers may also use UPS Ground® when the return address is within the United States, or UPS Worldwide Saver® when the return address is international.
- Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other charges related to the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
- The shipment tracking number must be provided within 48 hours of return approval.
