Return Policy

Acceptable reasons for returns include sending you a wrong item, a wrong size, damages, and/or fabric issues. 

All returned items must have the original tags attached and must be in unworn condition with no stains, marks, or signs of wear.

You have 5 days from the date of receipt to request a return the items to us.

How can I request a return?

A. Submit a return request using the link 

B. You will be redirected to the orders list that you have created on our website

C. Click "Request Return" under the order you want to return.

D. Submit your return request after choosing the reason for the return.

2- If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you an approval email within 48 hours containing the return label. We’ll let you know the exact cost as soon as it’s created—so you’re always fully informed.

3- Print the label and send the returned order to us.

4- Upon receiving your returned order at our warehouse, we will email you a confirmation and process one of the following options depending on the brand's decision—whether that’s store credit, an exchange, or a refund.

Important Notes:
1-Orders cannot be canceled once they are received by our team, as we immediately begin preparing the order and coordinating with the brand.

However, in certain exceptional cases — depending on the type of dress and the brand — a return may be accepted. In such cases, 28% of the item’s value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 business days.

2-Color shades may appear slightly different between the images shown on our website and the actual item received. This can be due to lighting during photography or variations in screen display settings (such as phones, laptops, etc.). For some photographs, filters are used by the brands in the photos, different types of lighting could be applied. In such cases, slight color differences are not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
