Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item (s) you have received from, you can easily return them! 

30 Days Returns (We only accept returns; we don't provide exchange service)

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to get your order back to us!

How do I return my order?

1- Submit a return request by clicking here 

2- If your order is eligible for a return, we will send you an approval email within 48 hours containing the return address to which you will return the order.

3- Send the returned order to us with any carrier you prefer.

4- Once your returned order is received at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a store credit coupon code that you can use anytime.


Is there anything else I need to know?

  • Our order processing system is automated, so orders cannot be cancelled upon ordering. 
  • The returned products should not be worn, used, washed or damaged, and the original tags/labels/original hygiene sticker(s) are attached. Otherwise, the return will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
  • In line with our Terms and Conditions, you must cover all postage costs and returns taxes. We recommend using a trackable postage service. That way, you can ensure your gear is safely coming to us!

The products are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure everything is packed securely. You can use a postal service that assures you of the value of the items you post. Unfortunately, Onlinemarkat cannot be responsible for lost parcels being returned.



Are there any items that I can't return?

  • Customised designs (Onlinemarkat designs with size 44 EU / XX-LARGE and above), as those sizes are only made by order. Or any design that has the note (Pre-order or Customised) in the product page.
  •  Orders placed using store credits are not eligible for returns.
