3 Day Returns
You have 3 days to get your order back to us after order delivery!
If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!
What is your returns policy?
There are only 2 rules: your return needs to be received by us within 3 days of your order delivery date, and your purchased item needs to be unwashed, unworn (tried on is fine) and in the original condition that it was sent out to you. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn around :(
What if you guys sent me a wrong item?
We're super sorry! When we ship an order to a customer, before we pack our orders, they are inspected by our quality control team. We have an incredible record of shipping perfect items; however human error does exist. So
If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please email INFO@ONLINEMARKAT.COM and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your dial.
Can I return sale items if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
Nope :( Sale items can only be returned if they were sent to you in a wrong color, size or have been broken.
How can I return an item?
1- Within 3 days after you get your order, contact us via email email@example.com or by calling our land line 0096264162744 we will send you a carrier to pick the item up from you.
2- Once the item received to our warehouse, we will do for you one of the following depends on your choice:
- For exchanges. You can select the size and color that suits you or to order another item of your choice.
- For returns, if you made your payment using Credit Card or Paypal you can select either a refund for the cost of the item, or a 110% store credit, if you made your payment using Cash on Delivery method you will get your money back as a store credit
- 10% of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fees in all cases above if your order amount exceeds 113 USD (80 JODs) otherwise, 11 USD (8 JODs) will be deducted.
- Exchanges are not valid for more than one time
- Exchanges and returns are not applied on accessories and sleepwear.
Can I Return/Exchange evening dress?
