Return requests may be submitted within 5 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.

• All return requests are subject to designer approval.
• Approved returns are issued as store credit after the item has been received and inspected.
• Customers must arrange and ship the return themselves, at their own responsibility, using DHL or Aramex only.
• For returns originating from the USA, customers may also use UPS Ground® when the return address is within the United States, or UPS Worldwide Saver® when the return address is international.
• Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other charges related to the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
• The shipment tracking number must be provided within 48 hours of return approval.

Pre-orders, custom-made or altered items, sale items, and selected brands are not eligible for return or exchange.
